Fees and Insurance
I do not accept insurance. However, I may be covered as an out-of-network provider. Please review your insurance coverage and inquire about reimbursement. Generally, after receipt of your payment, I will provide you with a receipt that can be used for possible reimbursement from your insurance provider. If you plan to seek third-party reimbursement, please contact your insurance company before your first session and ask what percentage of the bill will be reimbursed and how many sessions will be covered per calendar year.
All fees are to be paid at the time of service. I accept cash, *checks, PayPal, and credit cards.
*Please note, there will be a $35 charge for all returned checks with no exceptions.
$100 per 50-minute session
$150 per 90-minute session
$25 per group session (50 minutes)

Cancellations and No Shows
Although I do understand that emergencies arise, please notify me within 24 hours of the need to cancel an appointment. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and do not notify me 24-hours before your appointment, you will be required to pay half the cost of the missed session.
